Description

ImageCare is seeking the hire of an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist for our Hackettstown location, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Onboarding Specialist will assist the company with specialized administrative tasks, including following up with new prospects on the specialized membership portal for necessary documentations, gathering and filing all paperwork related to new prospects, including Due Diligence and non-disclosures, and notifying all relevant authorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain HIPAA practices and HIPAA training.
Assists in onboarding multispecialty groups as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Director and C-Suite Executives to facilitate the needs of the Management Services Organization (MSO).
Facilitates the collection of onboarding documentation and due diligence items.
Maintains the membership portal demographics and handles respective data reports.
Fosters professional relationships between onboarded groups, physicians, and 3rd party vendors.
Communicates regularly with status updates to supervisors, physicians, and external 3rd
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources highly preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:

$23.00 per hour
