We are looking for a mission-driven, relationship- and results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and desire to learn the dynamic field of gift planning. As a Gift Planning Officer you would join a deeply collaborative Gift Planning team that markets, identifies, cultivates, solicits, administers and stewards life income gifts, bequests, and gifts of alternative assets. ResponsibilitiesAs a Gift Planning Officer you will have an interesting array of responsibilities that span promoting planned gifts, having gift conversations with individual donors, and generating detailed financial calculations and explanations. You will also draft customized planned gift proposals, play an integral role in our marketing efforts, manage our legacy society and bequest intention data, and have the opportunity to lead our fundraising efforts within our new post-50th Reunion program. Gift Planning knowledge and experience is welcome, but not required because by engaging in this work, you will gain in depth gift planning knowledge and experience, as well as an understanding of related financial, estate, and tax planning.
