YOUR TASKS
- Developing, elaborating and creating performance specifications/descriptions
- Creating schedules as well as construction sequence and construction site setup concepts
- Conducting quantity surveys
- Preparing, creating and evaluating price comparisons
- Supporting the calculation department in the processing of rough construction and turnkey real estate projects
- Compilation of contract documents
- Subcontractor management in the calculation process
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in work preparation, construction site planning and subcontractor evaluation required
- Completed degree in civil engineering/architecture, completed training as a construction technician or comparable practical knowledge and professional experience
- User knowledge in iTwo Baseline and ASTA Powerproject desirable as well as Microsoft Project and other office applications
- Teamwork, communication skills and interdisciplinary work are among your strengths
- Openness to the use of BIM and Lean Construction
