Neptune Energy Holding Germany is looking for a Senior Purchaser/Senior Buyer (m/f/d) in the energy industry for its headquarters in Hannover, starting as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Taking on operational and strategic tasks in the project and processrelated procurement of Neptune Energy Holding in Germany.

Tasks:


  • Complete handling of the ordering process for various goods and services via SAP, including any complaint handling and internal and external communication.
  • Conducting contract, price, and delivery time negotiations.
  • Maintenance of master data, processing and approval of orders.
  • Clarification of invoice discrepancies.
  • Participation in tendering processes and support in negotiation with suppliers.
  • Continuous maintenance of supplier relationships and achievement of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Analysis and evaluation of markets, price developments, and supplier developments.
  • Optimization of procurement processes, supply chains, and inventories in terms of cost and delivery reliability.

Job requirements:

  • Completed degree or training in a relevant field, e.g. supply chain management, law, business, procurement, etc.
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally
