    Role

    Join our team as a Process Technician, where you'll play a vital role in the production of solar products. Your main responsibilities will include setting up, troubleshooting, and overseeing the manufacturing process. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to safety guidelines, provide training to junior staff, and optimize production efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably hold a technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical) coupled with relevant hands-on experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year working as a technician in a fast-paced manufacturing setup (prior exposure to the photovoltaic sector is a plus).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in dealing with electrical and mechanical components.
    • Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and autonomously.
