    Full Job Description

    We are looking to hire a district manager that will provide brand strategy and promote our vision as we continue to expand our company. As a District Manager, you will oversee 5-7 restaurants.

    Responsibilities include:

    Hiring and training of store managers,

    coaching and providing leadership to each store's management team and crew to aid them in operating a successful and profitable store.

    Understanding and identifying opportunities in weekly P&L's

    Focus on food quality and speed of service

    Focus on improving our systems including labor efficiency, food and inventory management and controllable costs.

    Job Details:

    • Coach, teach and demonstrate sound customer service principles to all store team members, including direct customer contact to resolve issues.
    • Support operations, marketing, and cost management for 5-7 units
    • Forecasting, costing, inventory, planning and other functions for unit operations.
    • Responsible for hiring managers and development of all levels of employment.
    • Generating weekly, period, quarterly, and yearly analysis reports and evaluating with each unit.
    • Demonstrating weekly, quarterly, and yearly reviews with all management.
    • Developing relationships with current and new vendors for all the facility's needs.
    • All marketing measures by signage, email drops, mail drops, and instore material.

    Qualified candidate will have the following abilities and traits:

    • Proficient in problem solving and critical thinking
    • Skilled in identifying strengths and weaknesses in individual units and market growth.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled at partnering with unit leaders to identify opportunities to reach their bottom line
    • Excellent knowledge/experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

    Qualifications:

    3 years restaurant experience required

    2 years Multi-unit management experience required

    High School - Diploma or GED required

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

    Must have a valid Driver License

    Annual Compensation: $75-85k

    Excellent Bonus plan in place.

    Must reside or relocate within the district.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75, $110,000.00 per year
