Both managing directors had many years of experience as service technicians at Schiess AG in Düsseldorf before starting their own business.

After the death of managing director and shareholder Hans-Jürgen Paulussen in 2012, Bastian Bisch took over the leadership of the company.

The master precision mechanic has been working for the company since 2006 and now follows in the footsteps of his father, Wolfgang Bisch, as managing director.
