About Effective School Solutions: Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services for K-12 students, serving over 2,000 students across nine states. The company offers high acuity clinical care within public-school settings and has expanded its services to address the increasing mental health challenges faced by young people.

About the role: Effective School Solutions is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical services to selected students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within specific districts. This position offers training, support from a professional management team, and opportunities for professional development.

Clinical Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical interventions tailored to the needs of students and families.
Competency in Group Therapy, Individual Counseling, and Family Counseling.
Provide family programming and referrals to appropriate levels of care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and build relationships with school staff.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Submit Clinical Documentation promptly.
Participate in team meetings and maintain professional license.
Consistently attend work and engage in learning opportunities provided by ESS.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be willing to travel between districts.
3+ years of experience treating children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
Hold a clinical license in social work, counseling, or family therapy.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation.
