Does your heart beat for our vehicles? Then an apprenticeship with us is the perfect entry into your professional life.

In the three-year training as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) you will be right in the middle of the daily business of a Mercedes-Benz branch.

Behind the scenes and in direct contact with customers, you will acquire detailed specialist knowledge about the vehicle business as well as basic business knowledge.

You will also use modern communication media and computer applications. You will learn all commercial processes during service visits and when buying or selling vehicles.

During assignments in spare parts sales, customer service acceptance and supporting sales, you will already be a competent contact person for our customers during your training.

You will deal with vehicle service products as well as personnel-related tasks, with controlling instruments as well as with basic invoice explanations.

Additional seminars offer even more drive for your professional practice. Here you will deepen important professional and personal skills, such as presentation and visualization techniques, communication behavior and teamwork.
