As a Restaurant Manager at Belden, you will be responsible for our onboard gastronomy on the Intercity and ICE trains, ensuring excellent culinary service during the journey.

We are currently looking for a *career changer* to train as a Restaurant Manager for onboard gastronomy (m/f/d) at our *Norden location* for DB Fernverkehr AG.

*What to expect from the training:

  • The training will take place full-time and will consist of theoretical and practical lessons
  • The duration of the training is approximately 6 weeks and will end with a final exam
  • The theoretical lessons and practical assignments will take place at either the Bremen or Hannover location
The training class will consist of approximately 12 participants *After completing the training, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • As a attentive host, you will create a pleasant atmosphere onboard to ensure our guests feel comfortable
  • In the onboard restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing food and drinks
  • You will provide high-quality service according to DB standards and serve our gastronomic offerings at the seat
  • You will be responsible for managing revenue and implementing cash and billing regulations
  • You will be available to our guests as a point of contact for any questions or concerns
