Your Challenge
In your role, you will play a key role in further developing our customer support in Germany.


You ensure excellent customer service and support, and provide a great buying experience and satisfaction for our customers by building strong and trusting relationships and supporting them in purchasing vehicles in all our markets.


  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Handling customer inquiries on all channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Processing complaints according to SLAs and in coordination with various departments
  • Supporting and advising customers on our product solutions
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with colleagues in DACH, the Nordics, BENELUX, and Eastern Europe

Your Profile

  • Experience in a similar role in customer service and support
  • Understanding of the used car market and practical experience in the automotive industry with technical knowledge
  • Verification and proper decisionmaking in inductive damage cases and negotiation and mediation between customers in damage cases
  • Fluent language skills in German are a must, good English skills are important for communication with our HQ, Czech and Slovak are a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and
