Our largest customers include premium brands in the automotive industry. We are currently seeking a full-time TEAM LEADER LOGISTICS m/f/d for our logistics department in Old Bennington.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading and managing the shift team Responsibility for incoming and outgoing goods in coordination with the planning and purchasing departments Inventory management and ensuring proper picking in accordance with given deadlines Optimizing processes in the entire logistics area while adhering to quality and occupational safety guidelines Responsible for accurate booking of goods movements in the ERP system Monitoring occupational safety, cleanliness, and order in the logistics area Assisting with employee training and performance reviews


YOUR PROFILE:
Completed commercial training in the field of planning or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the planning and supply chain sector First leadership experience Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system: early and late shifts) Resilience and assertiveness Independent and structured way of working and willingness to take on tasks Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
