- Assist in driving departmental metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Continuous Improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing tools and processes.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities proactively.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement objectives and Lean initiatives, both as a leader and contributor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience with tooling and/or mold designs.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Occasionally move heavy parts (<50 pounds) using appropriate handling devices.
- Support up to 25% travel, primarily to the DFW area.
- U.S. citizenship is required
