Job Overview:
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment group as an office manager/bookkeeper.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing administrative tasks and financial records in a fun and innovative environment.

Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support our investment activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize investment returns.
- Collaborate with external partners for audits and tax compliance.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daytoday office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support our team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support HRrelated tasks, including payroll processing and employee record management.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the organization.
- Communicate effectively to address inquiries, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and meet their administrative needs.
Compliance and Growth:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
