Job Overview:
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment group as an office manager/bookkeeper.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing administrative tasks and financial records in a fun and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support our investment activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize investment returns.
  • Collaborate with external partners for audits and tax compliance.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daytoday office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support our team.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support HRrelated tasks, including payroll processing and employee record management.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to address inquiries, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand and meet their administrative needs.

Compliance and Growth:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year

Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
