    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, conduct interviews, file documents, and attend trials. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

    Responsibilities

    • Draft case-specific documents such as memoranda and briefs with precision.
    • Maintain meticulous organization of case-related documents for easy accessibility and review.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and investigations.
    • Offer comprehensive administrative support.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and witnesses.
    • Attend court sessions to record pertinent information.
    • Regularly update and manage documentation.
    • Aid in fulfilling discovery requests.
    • Accomplish any additional assignments as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in English and Spanish
    • 1-3 years of previous experience in a Paralegal role, or similar
    • Certification or Associate's Degree as a Paralegal preferred, but not required.
    • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
    • Experience in Insurance Defense is preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional organization and document management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
    • Team player mindset.
    • Demonstrated accountability and reliability.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Proactive attitude.
