- 1-3 years of previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role
- Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred, but not required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
