Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Care for vegetative, clone, and mother plants, ensuring they receive proper nutrients, light, and environmental conditions for optimal growth.
• Execute cloning procedures with precision and accuracy, including cutting, rooting, and transplanting clones.
• Maintain and monitor the health of mother plants, ensuring they remain diseasefree and produce healthy clones.
• Follow production schedules and plan for multiple cycles of plant growth simultaneously.
• Perform defoliation, skirting, and trimming to maintain plant health and promote optimal yields.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the vegetative/clone/mom room, adhering to biosecurity protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and take direction from leadership to meet production goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including biosecurity, attendance, and professionalism in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with METRC in a cannabis cultivation facility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in vegetative plant care, cloning, and mother plant maintenance in a cannabis cultivation facility.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of plant physiology and cultivation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Commitment to maintaining a drugfree workplace; smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in horticulture, botany, or a related field.
• Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) techniques.
• Familiarity with automated environmental control systems for cannabis cultivation.

$ $21.00 per hour
