Clinical Services Supervisor Job Description

Join Our Team as a Clinical Services Supervisor

The Eye Clinic of ND in Bismarck is seeking a Clinical Services Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for a positive, motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive work environment
Oversee patient scheduling and ensure efficient flow of patients through the clinic
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
