We are currently looking for a dedicated District Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our stores in the Würzburg area. The Oberhohenrieder Landbrotbäckerei, known as "Höreder Beck", is a third-generation family-owned traditional artisan bakery. With around 500 employees in more than 50 stores, we supply our local region.

Your main tasks as District Manager (m/f/d): Achieve agreed sales and profit targets Continuous planning and control of processes within the district Successful management and support of employees and stores Effective collaboration with management Active involvement in stores Conducting job interviews Inspire us with enthusiasm: Customer orientation and employee satisfaction are important to you You are reliable and goal-oriented Completion of training as a salesperson in the bakery industry or a similar field Several years of experience as a store manager in the bakery industry or a related field.

A desire for further development is desired.

Previous experience as a district manager in a bakery is advantageous You have a good sense for people and assertiveness Good knowledge of IT is required You have a passion for fresh baked goods Our offers to you:
