We are currently looking for you as a mason, mechanic, track builder as a skilled worker for track maintenance (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Mainz location.

Your tasks:

With your keen eye, you recognize what work is necessary on rails, ballast and sleepers to ensure safe train operation
You are responsible for ensuring that our switches and track beds are passable
In your team, you are responsible for repairing or replacing track sections and switches, if necessary
Your work always contributes to the safe, punctual and economical operation of trains. In your daily work, you also ensure the safety of your team, for which you will be trained by us
You will go through our internal qualification program, optionally in addition to operating track maintenance vehicles, attend regular training courses and continuously learn with us
You will carefully document all work at the base in the office

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, mason, locksmith, civil engineering specialist, track builder, construction mechanic or similar
You are willing to work in shifts (night, weekend and holiday work) and outdoors
You enjoy physically demanding work and like to work in a team
You have a class B driver's
