    RMD Law is seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Personal Injury Case Manager.

    ***5 years of previous experience is a requirement of the position, and experience with Filevine case management software is a huge bonus.***

    Duties:

    • As Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for a personally handling a select caseload of the firm's most valuable matters
    • You will supervise the efforts of the firm's other case managers as they work on their injury cases. They will learn from your experience and benefit from your mentorship.
    • You will provide leadership and training to our legal assistants. You will be responsible for holding them to KPIs, such as time to task completion.
    • Our case managers supervise the handling of personal injury cases from the day the client signs up, until the day we are ready to send a demand letter to the insurance company.
    • You must be able to handle all aspects of an injury case - from resolving property damage, to writing demand letters, following up with clients about their treatment, and handling liens.
    • You need to communicate professionally and courteously with our clients. You must be a self-starter, willing to work without supervision, and train other staffers as-needed.
    • You must have at least 5 years of experience working in a personal injury office as a case manager. This is a minimum requirement of the role.

    Job Type:
