Description

Seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and support the order process for vegetation management. Business hours for this role is 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.

Pay:
$35.62/hour W2

Start:
Mid-May

Duration: 18 months (40 hours per week)

Location:
Rialto, CA (Hybrid - onsite Wednesdays)

Requirements:

3 years of relevant customer service/order fulfillment experience
Strong Excel experience and workforce management system experience
Strong vendor management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Selfstarter and strong attention to detail
Work collaboratively and in fastpaced environment, able to pivot and make decisions quickly

Preferred Skills:

SAP, LandVision experience preferred
Contractor management experience
Data analysis or project analysis experience
