What you will do with us:

  • You will lead and develop your innovative and high-performing team at our Lykens, PA location
  • Through your communicative and reliable personality, you will acquire new customers and continuously expand our existing customer base
  • You will lead and motivate our employees at the Lykens, PA location and train new internal colleagues
  • You will plan and participate in the annual and personnel planning for the location and monitor its progress
