    We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender who is passionate about crafting drinks and building genuine connections with guests at The St. James French Diner within Palihotel San Diego.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparing a variety of drinks, from mimosas to craft cocktails and espresso beverages
    • Creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters customer loyalty
    • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our menu, products, and service protocols
    • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations in the bar and restaurant
    • Keeping the bar well-stocked, organized, and clean
    • Engaging with customers to address feedback effectively
    • Coordinating with hotel staff to promote bar offerings to guests

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proficiency in drink preparation and presentation
    • Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Basic math skills for accurate transactions
    • Prior experience as a bartender (1-3 years)
