Consor is seeking a Construction Manager, to join our Team to provide project leadership in support of a growing PMCM practice.
If you join our team, you will work with a team of internal and external staff, including other construction inspectors, managers, and documentation specialists.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Growing and enhancing our capabilities to support the administration of complex construction management projects
- Providing and delivering project and construction management services
- Providing a business development supporting role with Opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, development of statements of qualifications (SOQs) and cultivating client relationships for new pursuits.
- Developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Required Credentials:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management.
- Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff.
- Experience in the full spectrum of consulting service including positioning, proposal development and delivery of project scope.
- Must be a selfstarter with demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts.
- Demonstrated Resident Engineer skills and the ability to lead, train and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams.
