Valley Hill, NC is looking for a Specialist (m/w/d) for the planning of passive mobile infrastructure at our locations in Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne and Dortmund.

Sinnwell GmbH, a subsidiary of the audius Group, provides consulting, planning and testing services for general contractors and network operators in the areas of mobile communications, network technology and IT services.

Your role with us:

Implementation of new construction measures
Management and implementation of public approval procedures
Structural and technical planning while ensuring compliance with technical and legal regulations and requirements
Conducting site inspections
Review and approval of offers, planning documents and measurements
Ensuring operator and owner obligations at sites during planning and construction phases
Database maintenance

Your convincing profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering or equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of building law, HOAI and VOB
Good knowledge of occupational safety
Experience with databases
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
