    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with and cultivate leads from our extensive inbound lead system.
    • Organize and conduct home showings and property inspections.
    • Offer guidance to sellers and buyers in property marketing and purchasing negotiations.
    • Maintain updated listings of available properties.
    • Establish connections and collaborate with legal professionals, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
    • Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
    • Effective sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
    • Quick decision-making skills and adeptness in managing high-pressure scenarios.
    • Active real estate agent's or broker's license/In the process of obtaining one.
