    CNC Operator

    A manufacturing company in Lake Zurich, IL is looking for CNC Operators to join their 1st and 2nd shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity

    Requirements of the CNC Operator

    • At least 3 years of experience setting up CNC Lathes (Daewoo, Okuma, etc.)
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Understand and use a variety of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
    • Ability to set up and run all machines on Production floor

    Responsibilities of the CNC Operator

    • Perform advanced setup operations (aerospace, new product, etc.), adjust and check out programming, and operate numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring a high degree of skill
    • Troubleshoot issues prior to getting engineering department involved
    • Train others on setup and running of CNC machines
    • Accurately input job data per MBP MMS requirements

    1st and 2nd shift available, DIRECT HIRE

    Pay is $ $28.00 an hour, depending on experience
