Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Provide quotes to new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on large customer quotes.
  • Negotiate and find new suppliers as needed.
  • Process purchase orders from new and existing customers.
  • Submit purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Organize and upload daily quote responses.
  • Create packing slips for new shipments.
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required,
  • 12 years related experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
