Job Title:
Sales Representative


Location:
Joliet, Illinois or NW IN


Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST


Position Overview:


The purpose of a sales representative for DR Installs is to actively promote our products and services, which include plumbing, landscaping, pool installation, and deck or building construction.

Their primary role is to establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers, identify sales opportunities within these services, and successfully close business deals.

The goal is to drive company growth by generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring that the solutions offered meet each client's specific needs.

This involves deeply understanding the services offered, providing tailored recommendations and solutions, and closely collaborating with other departments to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the process.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting and generating leads.
  • Building relationships with potential clients.
  • Presenting products or services.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, adept at navigating discussions smoothly and driven by a high motivation to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Postsale followup.
  • Maintaining sales records.
  • Staying updated on market trends.

Skills and abilities:


  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sales Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Product Knowledge or experience in similar fields.
  • Time Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with the STAR interview methodology is preferred.

Requirements:


  • GED diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Authorization
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in similar fields preferred.

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (required)
  • Plumbing, Landscaping, Intallation pool and Deck sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Joliet, IL 60435: Relocate before starting work (required)
