For our continued growth, we are looking for a:

CRM and Data Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You maintain and develop our internal systems and data landscape
  • You analyze our customer data and derive suitable measures for customer activation
  • You continuously educate yourself through internal and external training and personal research to master our CRM tool (CATCH by Prof4Net) to perfection
  • You create reports and evaluations
  • You correspond with internal executives
  • You communicate with various stakeholders
  • You manage campaigns and contribute to their design
  • You report to the CRM team leader

Your profile:

  • Commercial education, ideally with additional qualifications in data management, alternatively a successfully completed degree
  • First relevant work experience (or as a working student) in a similar position, ideally in consulting or the automotive or service industry
  • Professional and confident appearance, as well as a high level of service orientation and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Catch (Prof4Net) and/or CROSS is an advantage
