CLINICAL OUTSOURCING CONSULTANT (12-month)


SUMMARY:
Consultant needed to support outsourcing activities for a thriving biopharmaceutical organization.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • RFP requests, reviews and related contract negotiations and contract, change order and work order execution support
  • Participation in budget development, vendor relations and vendor performance evaluations
  • Support of continuous improvement
  • Other duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 years of relevant clinical outsourcing experience, including contract negotiations, managing RFP lifecycles, budget planning, contract execution process support, etc. The majority of this experience should be in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid understanding of the drug development process, and the workflow of Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and other related functions
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation communication skills, and proven Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree

LOCATION:
Work will be performed onsite in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Remote consultants may be considered.
