Bash Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Manager / Bookkeeping Specialist to manage our office operations and perform administrative bookkeeping duties in the Champaign/Urbana and surrounding area.

This management position earns a competitive wage depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY Full-time hours consist of Monday-Thursday from 8 am - 4:30pm and 8:00am-4:00pm on Fridays. As an Administrative Manager / Bookkeeping Specialist, you play a vital role in maintaining organization in our office. You wear many hats in this position and are happy to lend a helping hand wherever you can. Keeping our books clean, you pay bills and process payroll. When communicating with clients you maintain a friendly demeanor and strive to provide a pleasant customer experience. As needed, you handle complaints and help to resolve issues. You also perform various human resources duties including onboarding, and help in training employees. Sometimes, you assist the Vice President with special projects. Variety in your work is something you appreciate, and you enjoy playing a huge part in our company's success.
