Creekside (independent living, assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Mount Vernon, Sedro-Wooley, Anacortes, Bay View and Whitney.
As an Associate Wellness Director (LPN or RN), you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional mannerEffective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines
Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
