We are a medium-sized, owner-managed industrial insurance broker with an experienced and dedicated team of specialists that individually promotes and challenges the motivated talent of tomorrow in the East Valley.

As an insurance broker, we work independently from insurance companies, allowing us to provide objective and individual advice to our medium-sized clients. For the entire area of risk and insurance management, we develop individual coverage concepts and insurance solutions for our clients. As part of a network, we are among the top 5 in our industry in Germany.

Your tasks with us

  • You will alternate between theory and practical phases every quarter
  • In the theory phase, you will deepen your knowledge in subjects such as business administration, insurance economics, and personnel management
  • In the practical phase, you will immerse yourself in the various facets of independent consulting for our industrial and corporate clients
  • You will analyze the risks and needs of our clients, work on coverage concepts with the team, and contribute your ideas
  • You will participate in advising our clients
  • You will support negotiations with insurers
