- Order products based off customer need and feedback.
- Monitor daily workload by working with our Product Manager
- Research problems and questions related to scheduling with timely resolutions.
- Work closely with our Buyers to achieve desired outputs.
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience required
- 1+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis in Microsoft Office and various ERP systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
