Our cases are sometimes unique and challenging, consisting primarily of professional malpractice and auto claims. We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise complex litigation cases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Manage caseload effectively and efficiently

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation practice
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay:
$135, $300,000.00 per year
