    Workplace Experience:


    Effectively drive associate programs together with the team that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Ensure that the office is managed according to their procedures and guidelines, including managing office supplies and refreshments, applicable
    Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the Dynatrace community at large
    Work on employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in collaboration with the People Operations Team

    People Operations Support:
    Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach
    Assist in resolving employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
    Support the delivery of core HR processes and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle
    Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to implement and maintain HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

    Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team.

    This role is based out of our Mountain View or Denver Office and requires min. 4 days onsite per week
