- Administer first aid to students and staff as needed, and/or direct the administration of first aid by other staff member.
- Oversee the appropriate administration of medications at school, and the associated record keeping.
- Examine students upon request and make recommendations to parents.
- Maintain communication and a working relationship with the Union County Health Department.
- Use sound judgment, tact and diplomacy when interacting with students, parents and the community, and maintain the confidentiality of information that is not public domain.
- Holds current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.
- Alternative to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/orBoard of Education may find appropriate.
- Must be available to work on short notice.
- Salary $21.00 per hour.
