Qualifications:
Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience in accounting/finance. OR AA Degree in
Business/Finance/Accounting

Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel

ARS Software:
ARIS, CATS, SAMS, ARMPS, FMMI.

Duties:
Performs administrative management functions in support of the Oklahoma and
Central Plains Agricultural Research Center location support offices as well as
the Center Director's office and research units. Work is largely sedentary. Work
requires sustained attention to detail, with frequent stress of short deadlines

NOTE:
This position has the option to work remote

Provides support to the Administrative office in the budget responsibilities
and tasks. Assist in the reconciliation process for the 3 locations. Review and
reconciles commitments, obligations, etc. Assures that obligations and
expenditures are in accordance with laws and regulations. Identifies potential
issue, provides recommendations for resolution of budgetary problems. Identifies
opportunities and improvements to the budgetary processes. Includes training of
the new staff on processes. 75%
Provide management and administrative assistance with various business
processes, grants and agreements, budget coordination, agreement tracking, HR
actions, reports, action and suspense items and transaction records. Inputs data
into CATS system. 25%

Other:
Training will provided as necessary.
Remote work arrangements are available for this position.
