    *Job Title: Field Service Technician

    *Location: Oklahoma City, OK, 73015

    *Payrate Offered: $19.00/hr

    Qualifications:

    • Proposed work days and times: 08:00 AM- 07:00 PM Friday thru Monday Training hours may differ. Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx travel range.
    Primary work location Oklahoma City, OK 73015 and adjacent areas. 100% travel within territory assigned.

    Technical Requirements:
    This is a physical job, so you must have the ability to do the following:

    • A valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record within company-required standards.
    • Ability to successfully pass background and drug testing
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters within and around the equipment.
    • Familiarity with computers and a variety of consumer communications devices, such as smart phones.
    • Service experience or electro mechanical experience is a plus
    *Responsibilities

    • Field Service Technician I Join our dynamic service team for this entry level field service position.
    • Depending on your assigned territory, you will provide services, repairs and technical maintenance for ATM's, retail point of sale (POS) equipment, locksmithing, Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) plus related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises.

    You are Responsible for:

    • Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.).
    • Electro mechanical repair.
    • Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks)
    • Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
    • Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
    • Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility

    Pay:
    $19.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week


    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Weekends as needed

    Experience:

    • Mechanical/Electrical Repair/
    Machine Repair: 1 year (Preferred)

    • Electrical wiring/Solar Installation/Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Battery Repair /Mechanic/Schematics/
    Solar Equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
    * installing locks: 1 year (Preferred)


    License/Certification:

    • NEED CAR (Required)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Oklahoma City, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)

    Willingness to travel:

    • 100% (Required)
