JOB TITLE:

Business Coach**
REPORTS TO:Training Manager and Director of Programs**The
Women's Opportunities Resource Center (WORC) and its subsidiary The
Economic Opportunities Fund (EOF) are bothcertified Community Development Financial Institutions that provide financial and technical assistance to micro entrepreneurs and businesses in the Philadelphia area.

WORC is the first microenterprise program for low-income people in Philadelphia, and one of the first in the nation. WORC provides entrepreneurial training, individual business assistance, incentive-savings programs, access to business and financial resources. WORC is looking to hire a
Business Coach to join the organization on a part-time basis.


FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Help clients develop and clarify core values and vision
  • Provide clients with advice on new plans and strategies
  • Assist clients with company growth, goals, and plan development
  • Keep clients accountable and motivated
  • Assess client's strengths and weaknesses and provide guided development
  • Monitor business growth and establish methods for improvement
  • Analyze strategic plans that have contributed to the company's success and/or failures
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's Degree with five (5) years of direct business coachingrelated experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Proficiency with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to connect with individuals in a 1:1 setting
  • Interest in community development, economics, and/or startup business
  • Organized selfstarter with strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
Up to $30.00 per hour
