- Ensuring Associates are aware and comply with current policies, laws, and regulations
- Providing compliance orientation and ongoing risk training
- Assisting with monitoring techniques for compliance
- Must hold a current Therapeutic Radiological Physicist license from the State of Florida
- American Association of Physicist in Medicine (AAPM) Certification is mandatory
- Master's degree in physics (M.S.)
- Proficiency in operating complex computerized equipment
- Previous management experience in a hospital radiation oncology department
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even under pressure
