Position is fulltime, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm located at the downtown facility.

How you'll serve our patients


As a dietary professional at
ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

  • Collect and analyze patient data as related to the dietary department
  • Sets up and supervises meals, snacks, supported eating and restaurant outings
  • Distributes, collects, corrects and organizes menus twice weekly
  • Updates and maintains snack lists and diet order sheet weekly
  • Updates and maintains patient meal schedule weekly
  • Distributes, collects and analyzes food service quality improvement indicators
  • Assists in communication between disciplines
  • Provides patient support when necessary and appropriate

Must haves

  • 2 years of relative experience in a clinical administrative setting preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
  • CPR

Bonus Qualities

  • Some experience working with mentally ill populations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
