V. employs around 1,100 employees.

We are the provider of numerous social services, counseling centers, facilities for the homeless, home care, residential care centers for the elderly, and facilities for children and youth welfare.


As a practical training provider in the field of inpatient and outpatient elderly care, we are facing new challenges with the generalist training.

Therefore, we are currently seeking a
Training Coordinator for Nursing Professions (m/f/d)
part-time (75%) and permanent

Enjoy conceptual work and want to advance training according to the new Nursing Professions Act (generalist)
Have a passion for recruiting, supporting, and guiding trainees and their practical instructors
Enjoy working in a network and want to be our contact person for internal and external cooperation partners
Have skills in conducting training for practical instructors and trainees, and are not afraid to participate in quality management
