Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Single Ply Roofer to join our team.

As a Single Ply Roofer, you will be responsible for installing TPO and PVC roofs on mostly new construction commercial and industrial buildings.

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working at heights.


Responsibilities:

• Install TPO and PVC roofs on commercial and industrial buildings
• Install insulation and vapor barriers
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete roofing tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

• Experience with various Single Ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
• Knowledge of roofing techniques, including hot air welding and ISO attachment methods
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics (Not a necessity)
• Proficiency in using power tools, Leister Triac ST/AT, and Leister Varimat
• Strong problemsolving skills to identify and address roofing issues
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
