Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management**:Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards and performance expectations.
- Contract Management: Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Vendor Scorecards: Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Procurement and Contracts**: Manage procurement processes, negotiate terms, and ensure favorable contract outcomes for the company.
- Contract Standards: Establish and maintain contract standards, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Quality Management: Monitor and ensure the quality of vendor services and products, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Advice and Support**:Provide expert advice on contract management and procurement processes to internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Management**:Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, providing regular feedback and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Midlevel to senior experience in contract management and procurement.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and contract standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve vendor performance through scorecards and other metrics.
- Ability to provide strategic advice and support to internal teams.
You'll be prepared for this job if you have
- A bachelor's degree
- Fiveplus years of work experience in procurement or sourcing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
You'll stand out if you have
- Experience in developing vendor scorecards
- Experience managing contracts for IT Service Providers
- Experience in MS SharePoint and PowerApps
