    Sales Consultant - Phoenix, United States - HairClub

    Description

    As a Sales Consultant, you are the first face-to-face contact our potential clients have in our Centers. We are looking for compassionate, driven and motivated individuals who can build rapport with clients, get to know them and ask the right questions in order to help them find the right hair loss solution for their specific needs and lifestyle.

    We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, as well as a consistent schedule that enables you to have excellent work-life balance. We also provide an extensive training program on all of our hair loss solutions.

    This is more than a sales position. You'll have the ability to truly make a difference in someone's life and help our clients regain their confidence and go after their dreams

    Qualifications

    • Must have excellent consultative sales, negotiation and closing skills (3+ years consultative selling experience highly preferred).
    • A history of proven sales success in B2C.
    • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge.
    • Well spoken, high energy, passionate and energetic about helping others.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals (monthly budgets and sales drivers), close sales and finalize all transaction details.
    • Ability to overcome objections.
    • Genuinely caring and compassionate personality who can create enthusiasm for our new HairClub clients.
    • While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant development & growth.
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not a requirement
