• Verifies logístical orders are scheduled and made
• Runs reports and verifies back logs of orders and parts
• Cancels orders when instructed
• Verifies shipment counts on delivery truck against BOL
• Notifies supervisor of any shortages and/or overages and files BOL
• Reports "Not in Stock (NIS)" information to the credit and customer service managers
• Processes willcall orders for customers and employees
• Determines method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates
• Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons identifying shipping information
• Posts daily all shipping and receiving transactions to company's accounting software system and ensures items pulled for shipment matches those billed
• Assists with restocking return items
• Assists with company policy of nextday delivery
• Operates a forklift, if required
• Completes dayend processes, sorts and files all paperwork
• Verifies and processes credit cards and submits receipts to the credit manager
• Processes credit memos using applicable backup documentation
• Assists with stock checks, cycle and inventory counts
• Restock pick stock with an ability to navigate using a bin location system
• Possess an ability to locate, pick, and pack inventory using a bin location system
• All other duties assigned by management

• Ability to work well with other divisions to achieve common goals
• May be required to operate a forklift, if needed

• Must have knowledge of inventory, shipping and receiving systems
• Must be able and willing to learn and understand location and inventory organization system
• Must possess 5 year driving record with clear history for the past three years

• Standing, walking and sitting on concrete required for 810 (eight to ten) hours per days %)
• Hand and foot usage required up to 810 (eight to ten) hours per day %)
• Climbing, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and twisting required occasionally (033%)
