- 2-5 years of experience at a law firm (ideally an AM200 firm).
- Experience handling range of employment litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice.
- Experience with employment advisory matters is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail, and assume a high degree of responsibility.

We support many firms in the San Francisco Bay area who consistently hire L&E Litigation Attorneys and almost always have a couple different opportunities candidates can consider. General Overview:
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Employment Litigation including some of the following subject areas: wage and hour litigation, discrimination, harassment, non-compete/trade secrets, and/or wrongful termination suits. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with employment counseling (including the construction of employment policies and manuals and wage and hour counseling).
Qualifications :
Strong work ethic, self-starter, and a team-oriented attitude.
